The Guilford Parks and Recreation Department, along with the Guilford Agricultural Society, is pleased to announce the third annual Earth Day program “Earthfest” on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Guilford Fairgrounds from 10 am to 2 pm. This year, you will see some new features, as well as the original goodies!
Be part of the Clean Up Guilford challenge! Waste Tech will provide a dumpster or two to bring in all of your filled trash bags. We encourage individuals, neighborhoods and organizations to get together and clean up a street or park. A Guilford map will be displayed indicating areas that have been cleaned. New this year – The Shredding Source is going to be on site from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m for our first shredding event! Time to get rid of all those confidential papers you don’t know what to do with!
