Jazz Profiles with the DeChamplain Jazz Trio

The DeChamplain Jazz Trio, featuring pianist Matt DeChamplain, vocalist Atla DeChamplain, and bassist Matt Dwonszyk, will perform a concert at the Guilford Free Library on Sunday, January 31, at 2 pm. They will celebrate many artists who influenced jazz music: traditional jazz musicians of the 1920s & 1930s, famous female vocalists, Jewish jazz composers and more.
It was their love for jazz that brought Matt & Atla together and now their passion is to share this classic music with contemporary audiences. Their unique combination of accessibility and musicality allow them to present a variety of music including American Songbook, Bebop, contemporary jazz pieces and original compositions.
