Lunch and Learn: Acupuncture with Maureen Goss
What is acupuncture and how does it work? The World Health Organization (WHO) lists 28 symptoms, conditions and diseases effectively treated by acupuncture. Maureen Goss, National Board Certified Acupuncturist and instructor of qigong (exercise based on Chinese Medicine), describes how acupuncture works through shared experience, knowledge and simple exercise. Goss has worked in New York City for 10 years in privaed practice as well as alongside western medical doctors in clinical settings.
