Join Betsy Frederick and Bob Jaeger for a conversation about how to grow old gracefully. The secret is simple: be healthy, both physically and mentally; have warm relations with family and friends; have enough money; and don’t be afraid of dying. Betsy and Bob will offer their thoughts and anticipate learning from yours. Betsy and Bob are, respectively, the President-elect and the current President of Shoreline Village CT, a local non-profit whose mission is to create a community of seniors who help each other to live independently at home.
