Paws & Read with Chief & Miley at Guilford Free Library

Reading can be stressful for children who are struggling with it, and reading to a silent furry partner can help. Sign up for a 15 minute reading slot with licensed therapy dogs, Chief & Miley, and dog handler Howard Taylor. Parent/legal guardian must sign a permission form for their child to be alone in the room with the dogs and therapy supervisor. For children 6 & up. Register for a 15 minute session between 4:00 – 6:00 pm, Wednesdays, September 13th through December 27th. (Skip Nov. 22) Register in person at the library or by phone.
