The Guilford Free Library and the Guilford Poets Guild present poet Anne Harding Woodworth for a poetry reading at the library. The program will begin with an open mic session from 7 to 7:30 p.m. Woodworth’s fifth book of poetry is Unattached Male (Poetry Salzburg, 2014). She is the author of four chapbooks, and her poetry, essays, and reviews are published in literary journals at home and abroad, in print and on line. She grew up in New Jersey, spent summers on a farm in New York, went to Smith College, and ended up in Detroit (after Athens and Frankfurt) before moving to Washington, D.C., where she is a member of the Poetry Board of the Folger Shakespeare Library.
