Local author Sarah Prager (Simsbury native and Wallingford resident) will discuss her new book, Queer, There, and Everywhere: 23 People Who Changed the World. Published by HarperCollins on May 23, Queer, There, and Everywhere is a first-of-its-kind young adult book that tells the once-hidden stories of LGBTQ history. Come celebrate Pride Month by hearing Sarah read from her book, talk about the LGBTQ history you never learned in school, and answer your questions about writing a book.
Books will be available for sale and signing.
Sarah Prager, the founder of the Quist mobile app, has dedicated the last four years to making LGBTQ history engaging and accessible for youth. Sarah lives in Wallingford with her wife and daughter.
