What’s the difference between a red-shouldered hawk and a red-tailed hawk? How about a turkey vulture and a black vulture? Nocturnal hunters and diurnal ones? Meet five different birds of prey to learn the differences between these related birds who often look alike. Saturday, March 5th, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. For children age 4 and up. Registration required.
One Saturday each month, come to the library to learn about local animals & plants and meet local wildlife. Open to ages 4 & up. Registration is required for each individual event. 11:00am-12:00pm on the following days: 3/5, 4/16, 5/28, 6/11. Generously funded by the Allan Louis Loeb Foundation.
