Wreaths across Guilford at Alderbrook Cemetery

Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, we remember and honor our veterans from the Revolutionary War to present-day conflicts by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery and at more than 2,500 additional locations in all 50 of the United States, at sea and abroad. Included this group is Guilford’s Alderbrook Cemetery, whose wreath laying is sponsored by the Ethan Miller Song Foundation.
In addition to honoring our veterans, the National Wreaths Across America project benefits local sponsors–school, scout, civic and religious groups–helping them to further their own goals and projects through the funds raised. A portion of all funds collected locally will go to Wreaths Across America, pay for the wreaths, and benefit the Ethan Miller Song Foundation.
Please help us pay respect to our brave Guilford veterans by joining us at Alderbrook Cemetery and by donating the cost of one or more wreaths. It is the ultimate act of kindness. You will honor our veterans’ service while helping their families cope with the loss of a loved one. We hope to raise $8,500 for this cause.
